與傳統(tǒng)的脈沖調(diào)制式熒光儀不同,Handy PEA具有超高的時(shí)間分辨率,分辨率高達(dá)105,是能夠準(zhǔn)確記錄O-J-I-P快速葉綠素?zé)晒庹T導(dǎo)動(dòng)力學(xué)曲線的儀器。幾乎所有植物(>99%)的OJIP曲線可以在1秒鐘內(nèi)完成準(zhǔn)確測定。OJIP曲線的數(shù)據(jù)分析使用基于JIP-Test的分析方法,該方法由PEA植物效率分析儀的創(chuàng)始人Strasser教授創(chuàng)建。

通過OJIP曲線我們可以準(zhǔn)確的分析光合機(jī)構(gòu)在逆境下,是否受到傷害?光合機(jī)構(gòu)哪個(gè)部位受到傷害?受傷害的程度多大?既可以進(jìn)行定性分析,也可以對傷害程度進(jìn)行定量分析。

RTStrasser是瑞士日內(nèi)瓦大學(xué)教授,光合作用研究專家,是日內(nèi)瓦大學(xué)生物能學(xué)和微生物學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的主任,聯(lián)合國地中海沙漠植被恢復(fù)項(xiàng)目評估專家組成成員,主要從事光合作用和光合模擬研究。

Handy PEA植物效率分析儀,標(biāo)配高等植物探頭,方便的進(jìn)行葉片O-J-I-P快速葉綠素?zé)晒庹T導(dǎo)動(dòng)力學(xué)曲線的測定,也可以選配藻類樣品探頭,測定藻類的OJIP曲線。

測定高等植物的探頭測定不受葉面積的影響,HPEA/LC暗適應(yīng)夾(葉夾),測定直徑為4mm,對于小于4mm的植物葉片,Handy PEA通過數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化進(jìn)行處理,不影響數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。

測定藻類的樣品探頭HPEA/LPA2具有極高的分辨率,很低的藻類樣品即可進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的測定,如硅藻,在肉眼幾乎分辨不出存在的情況下,即可測定完整準(zhǔn)確的OJIP曲線。

Handy PEA植物效率分析儀全套設(shè)備重量不足1kg,有背帶,方便進(jìn)行野外操作,即使是女科研人員也可以一個(gè)人完成所有的操作。

測定數(shù)據(jù)快速,儀器標(biāo)配20個(gè)暗適應(yīng)夾(6g),可以一次進(jìn)行至少20個(gè)樣品的暗適應(yīng)處理,測定一個(gè)樣品的時(shí)間為2s左右。可以在極短的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成大量的測定,獲取大量的有價(jià)值的數(shù)據(jù)。在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,Handy PEA必然會(huì)進(jìn)一步體現(xiàn)出它的強(qiáng)大功能。
